The short version

Published because a notice nobody reads protects nobody. It is a summary, not a replacement: the numbered sections below are what actually binds the club.

  • The club collects what an order needs: name, email address, delivery address and payment details, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you ask for text notices.
  • The club does not sell personal information. Not to data brokers, not to other supplement companies, not at any price.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, and sit outside every other kind of data sharing described below.
  • Text messages are marketing only and opt-in only. Confirmations, receipts and tracking go by email, never by text.
  • You can leave at any time by replying STOP to any message or using the removal form.
  • Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase and not a condition of membership.
  • You can ask what is held on you and ask for it to be deleted, by writing to hello@conscioushealingclub.com.
  • The club does not knowingly deal with anyone under 18.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit conscioushealingclub.com or interact with our SMS communications.

1. Categories of information

  • Identifiers you supply: name, email address, postal address for delivery and billing, and a mobile number where texts are requested.
  • Technical records of the visit: IP address, browser type, which pages were viewed and at what time, collected by cookies and comparable technologies.
  • Device and network signals: device identifiers and mobile network details, used to serve the site correctly.

Amendments are published on this page and carry a revised date. There is no other version in circulation, and the one here is always current.

No formal request and no statute needs quoting. Say what you would like to know, correct or delete. The desk acknowledges within two business days and completes the request within 30 days, confirming back to you in writing.

To leave the marketing text programme, reply STOP to any message, use the removal form, or write to the desk and ask. All three take effect immediately. The Membership terms cover the rest of the relationship, including the 90-day returns window on goods and the 30-day cancellation on the subscription.
